We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and when they do, we’re here to make it right. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund and what to expect from the process.

Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item, wrong size, or incorrect design
- Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered
- The item you received does not match the product description
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (please refer to our Size Guide)
- Minor color variations from on-screen previews
Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. We cannot process refund requests submitted after this period.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to our support team with the following details:

Include the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (showing damage, defects, or discrepancies)
We will respond to your request within 1–3 business days with a resolution.
Refund Resolution Options
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we offer two options:
- Full Refund – Credited to your original payment method
- Free Replacement – We’ll send a corrected item at no additional charge
You can choose the option that works best for you.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7 days
- Your bank or credit card provider may take 5–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued
Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- Customer ordered the wrong size without reviewing our Size Chart
- Item returned without authorization or outside the eligible time window
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier (if not reported as lost within 15 days)
Return Requirements (If Applicable)
If we request that you return the item:
- Return shipping may be required at your expense, unless we are at fault
- All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return
Do not send returns without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed or refunded unless it meets the criteria above.
