1. What is Leoprintaz?
Leoprintaz is a U.S.-based creative apparel brand specializing in unique printed clothing, including graphic hoodies, sweatshirts, and T-shirts. Our designs are inspired by art, music, holidays, and humor—crafted for people who love to wear their personality.
We use high-quality materials and print each item on demand to ensure both originality and sustainability.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We aim to expand in the future, so please stay connected for updates.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our production and shipping process includes two phases:
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
(This includes order confirmation, printing, and packaging.) - Shipping Time: 2–3 business days
(Shipping time depends on your location within the U.S.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a change or cancellation, please email support@leoprintaz.com as soon as possible with your order number and the specific changes you need.
After 24 hours, your order will enter production and cannot be modified or canceled.

5. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can also track your package anytime using our Order Tracking Page.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 7 days, please contact us at support@leoprintaz.com.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer 90-day returns and exchanges for non-customized items. To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be shipped back within 180 days of delivery
Custom or personalized items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to support@leoprintaz.com including:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Do you offer custom or personalized products?
Yes! Select products on our website can be customized with names, numbers, or unique graphics. If a product allows customization, it will be noted on the product page with specific input fields.
Please double-check your custom details before submitting your order.
Once a custom item goes into production (after 24 hours), it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned unless defective.
9. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major and secure payment methods, including:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal
All payments are processed securely via encrypted checkout gateways.
10. Is my payment information safe?
Yes, your security is our priority. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted third-party payment processors to ensure your information remains safe and private at all times.
