Return Eligibility

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Wrong size ordered without checking size guide
• Slight variations in print colors due to screen settings

However, we will replace or refund orders that meet one or more of the following conditions:

• Item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
• Wrong product, size, or design sent
• Item is lost in transit and not delivered
• Order received does not match the description on our website

You have up to 90 days from the date of delivery to report a qualifying issue.

90-Day Return Window

We proudly offer a generous 90-day window for all eligible return claims. This extended timeframe reflects our commitment to quality and long-term customer satisfaction.

• Claims submitted after 90 days from delivery will not be accepted.
• Claims must include proof of purchase (order number or email used to purchase).
• A clear photo or video showing the issue is required for quality assurance and resolution.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement

Once a refund is processed, please allow 7 days for the amount to appear in your bank or card account.

Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made, we do not process exchanges for sizing or design preference. If eligible, you may request a replacement or refund and place a new order with the correct information.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Personalized/customized items
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Clearance or sale items
• Items returned without prior approval

Return Shipping Details

If a return shipment is required:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Unsolicited returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping Address Errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

• We can reship the order for an additional shipping fee.
