We allow customers to cancel or make changes to their orders within 24 hours of placing them. This window exists because we begin production quickly to ensure fast delivery.

What Can You Cancel or Change?
If your request is made within 24 hours of purchase, we can help with:
- Cancelling your entire order
- Changing the size, color, or style of an item
- Updating the shipping address
- Removing or swapping items in your cart
Once the 24-hour period has passed, your order will be in production and no changes or cancellations can be made.
Important Notes for Personalized & Custom Orders
All personalized or made-to-order items (such as custom prints, names, or designs) are final sale once production begins. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.
If your custom order falls within the 24-hour change window, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Already Shipped? Here’s What to Do
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. In that case, we recommend waiting for delivery and then visiting our Return Policy page if eligible.
